The Clinton River Watershed Council, Huron River Watershed Council, and Friends of the Rouge wanted to join forces and create a coalition in Southeast Michigan. They sought our expertise to establish a cohesive brand identity, messaging, and promotional strategy that champions individual actions, such as rain gardens, rain barrels, and biodiversity support, to fortify the local watershed community and promote cleaner rivers and lakes.
We named the newly-formed coalition the "Rain Catchers Collective" after the goals and vibrancy of the member organizations. Our comprehensive support included crafting their values, mission, vision, and the strategic framework necessary for the coalition's inception, along with tactical plans to raise awareness and engage diverse communities throughout Southeast Michigan.
We created a unified brand identity that harmonized with the member organizations' existing branding while feeling fresh and modern. We devised comprehensive messaging, marketing, and communication strategies, along with a promotional plan, collaboration opportunities, and community engagement initiatives, fostering meaningful connections with local communities and municipalities.
