What makes this work special

When three nonprofits managing local rivers wanted to collaborate, we ideated a coalition, created branding, and a community awareness strategy on how to promote individual-level rainfall harvesting and watershed management.

We named the collaborative the Rain Catchers Collective and created a two-year community engagement plan, as well as creative designs needed.

Review and conclusions of this work

Project is ongoing; after initial startup phase, the collaborative continues to implement our plan and use it for grant writing purposes.

"The team created a solid launch plan with specific tactics and assets that allowed the partner organizations to enact at the same time and in a cohesive manner. They also created a promotional plan that included strategies, tactics and messaging with built-in benchmarks to adapt and grow the program for years to come. Despite the tight turnaround timeline, the team was always enthusiastic and encouraging. They have expertise, deliver on time and within budget, and are lovely to work with. I highly recommend them."
